Dr. Jackie Gartner-Schmidt

Voice, Voice Disorders

Dr. Gartner-Schmidt is an ASHA certified speech-language pathologist and Co-Director of the UPMC Voice Center in Pittsburgh, PA. She also serves as Director of Speech-Language Pathology in the Voice Division and Professor of Otolaryngology at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. She holds a secondary appointment in Communication Science and Disorders at the University of Pittsburgh.

Kristie Knickerbocker is an ASHA certified speech-language pathologist. She is owner of a tempo Voice Center in Fort Worth, TX. She specializes in voice disorders and treatment of the singing voice.

Dr. Galgano is an ASHA certified speech-language pathologist and the Founder and Executive Director of Open Lines in New York, NY.

Dr. Galgano founded Open Lines on the principle that an integrated approach to therapy is the ideal way to treat speech and language disorders. Her clinical practice extends beyond treatment; Open Lines is consistently engaged in research, education and political advocacy.
