Kristine Tanner, PhD, CCC-SLP, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Communication Disorders at Brigham Young University. She holds adjunct faculty appointments in the Division of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at The University of Utah.
Dr. Tanner is an ASHA certified speech-language pathologist and works clinically at The University of Utah Voice Disorders Center. Dr. Tanner's translational clinical research examines environmental effects on voice function, including laryngeal and airway surface hydration, irritants, and novel treatment development.
